Very young children learn through seeing, hearing, touching, feeling, and moving.

Our infant program includes visually stimulating and tactile toys, music, colorful mobiles, mirrors, soft huggable "friends", as well as toys and equipment to help with muscle development. These are just a few of the many activities to stimulate your baby’s intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. All activities revolve around your baby's individual sleeping and feeding schedule.   Our caring and responsive teachers/caregivers hold, rock, sing and talk with your baby, encouraging their emerging development. You will be constantly informed of your baby's activities and well- being with daily reports.

The progress of your baby's intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development will be accessed and documented in  your baby's record and shared with you during parent/teacher conferences.

Kindergarten

Our program for the kindergarten age child expounds on our program for the preschooler. As our center serves children through age 6, we will strive to enhance the programs being taught in kindergarten. Much emphasis will be placed on math, writing, science and nature, and literacy skills as well as problem solving, independence, and social skills including tolerance for all. Group activities such as circle time, music, gym or outdoor play on the playground, book and story time, games, etc., encourage appropriate social skills and language. Independent activities such as free play, constructing with building toys, age appropriate puzzles, dramatic play, foster self-esteem. Individual time with a teacher working on writing, math or literacy skills, speeds learning and confidence. You will be constantly informed of your child’s activities and well being with daily reports.

The progress of each child’s intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development will be accessed and documented in the child’s record and shared with his/her parents during conferences.
