With an emphasis on language development and social skills, our highly knowledgeable and caring teachers will assist your toddler to experience the world around them. Each day has many opportunities for dramatic play, music, including singing, finger plays and instruments, free play, sensory and fine motor activities, creativity with art, sign language, and beginning literacy and math, large muscle activities outdoors on the playground or inside in our large motor room, and many other activities that promote physical, intellectual, and social emotional growth. During naptime, children will be encouraged to rest quietly on their cots, after which theymay play quietly, allowing other children to nap. Little Puzzlers participates in the USDA Food Program ensuring that your toddler will enjoy nutritious meals and snacks. You will constantly be informed of you toddler's activities and well-being with daily reports and open communication.
The progress of you child's intellectual, physical, and social-emotional development will be accessed and documented in your child's record and shared with you during our bi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
